If America could be summed up in one day, that day is today, people!
With Super Tuesday, Fat Tuesday and Pancake Day all falling on the same date, we the people can now celebrate an exclusive, once in a lifetime tradition: Super Fat Pancake Day.
I will assume that you all voted in the Primaries (where applicable), so you may now treat yourself to some beers, harmless tater ogling (with the ladies’ consent, mind you) and…PANCAKES!
People are oh-so pumped about today’s coincidental pairing of politics and partying that they’re forgetting all about Pancake Day. I didn’t forget, and celebrated this busy morning with a tall stack of syrup-drizzled goodness…and then I ate pancakes!
This is the best day ever.
Oh yeah…it’s also a leap year! How bizarre.
