What a College Swimmer Eats

PHILOSOPHY: ‘I can eat whatever I want because I exercise so much ‘ but I don’t.’

Breakfast: Eggs, fruit, orange juice, bagel & cream cheese.

Lunch: Pasta, a lot of salad, cottage cheese, sometimes a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato.

Dinner: Lots of protein (chicken), steak, carbs (pasta, potatoes, rice).

Snacks: Banana, Pop Tart, smoothie, granola.

NEVER: ‘I try to stay away from fats, ice cream, French Fries, all fried stuff mostly.’
