So we’re now well into the 4th month of 2008 and I want to see what everyone thinks of my predictions for the emerging hotties of 2008. If I had a Delorian with a Flux Capacitier I’d go Back to the Future and add Miley Cyrus and Katrina Bowden to the list - but I don’t so deal with it!
Oh yeah I also need to fulfill our babe quota for the day so instead of one I give you 19.

Another year, another batch of babes on the verge of blowing up.
If we here at COED made a list the emerging hotties of 2007, it would have included sexy babes like Megan Fox, Kristen Bell, Jessica Biel and Hayden Panettiere - but we didn’t.
We are terribly sorry, and hope to make up for it by naming 19 hotties that you, and every worthwhile entertainment blog online, will be obsessing over for the next year.
