Cinderella Fresno State Pushes Third Game In CWS

The final numbers, if not quite staggering, were at least a bit outsized, especially for a College World Series game.

Between them, Fresno State and Georgia combined for 35 hits and 29 runs — an unrelenting parade of 29 singles, eroding the arms and perhaps the sanity of both pitching staffs.
